Product Overview
The four-color woven bag cutting, sewing and printing machine turns roll-form woven fabric into finished bags in a single production flow. Cutting, automatic sewing, single-side four-color printing and automatic collection are integrated in one line, which removes the transfer steps between separate cutting, printing and stitching machines.
At its core this is a pp woven bag cutting and sewing machine, with the four-color printing unit mounted in the same frame so material is not moved between a cutter, a press and a stitcher. It is aimed at woven bag producers supplying market bags, fertilizer bags, rice bags and courier paper-plastic bags, where bag length, bottom fold and stitch quality have to stay consistent across long production runs.
It is suitable for:
· Market bag production
· Fertilizer bag production
· Rice bag production
· Courier paper-plastic bag production
· In-house conversion of woven fabric rolls
· Single-side four-color bag printing
Description
Running a cutter, a separate woven bag sewing machine and a printing press means cut panels are stacked, moved and reloaded, and bag length can shift between batches. Integrating the three operations into one woven bag cutting and sewing machine keeps a single reference length from unwind to collection.
The unwind station accepts rolls up to 1200 mm in diameter and fabric from 450 to 800 mm wide. Fabric is pulled through the line under controlled tension, cut to a 1250 mm length, and the bag bottom is folded 20 to 30 mm before it reaches the sewing head.
Printing is built into the line instead of being handled on a separate press. One side of the bag is printed in four colors within a 750 × 1150 mm area as the bag passes through the machine, so bags are not unloaded, transported and re-registered on a second machine.
The sewing head closes the bag bottom at a stitch pitch adjustable from 7 to 13 mm. The line runs at 30 to 40 bags per minute, and finished bags are counted and stacked automatically at the collection end.
Electrical and pneumatic components are selected from established suppliers: Elesy servo motors and drives, Omron PLC, Delta touch screen, Panasonic color mark sensor, Qma variable-frequency drive, CHNT circuit breakers, AirTAC cylinders, STNC air preparation unit, Mean Well power supply and a Shangpeng sewing head.
Total installed power is 9 kW, of which 3 kW is dedicated to heating. Bag length, stitch pitch and production counts are set and monitored from the control panel.
Advantages
1. Integrated Flow
Cutting, four-color printing, sewing and collection run as one line, removing manual transfer between machines.
2. Consistent Bag Length
Fabric is cut to 1250 mm and folded 20-30 mm before sewing, so every bag shares the same reference length.
3. Inline Four-Color Printing
A 750 × 1150 mm printing area applies artwork to the bag body without a separate printing pass.
4. Adjustable Stitch Pitch
The sewing head covers 7-13 mm pitch to suit different bag weights and thread specifications.
5. Practical Output
30-40 bags per minute with automatic counting and stacking at the collection end.
6. Low Power Demand
9 kW total power, including 3 kW heating, for the whole line.

FAQ
Q1: Which bags can this line produce?
A: Market bags, fertilizer bags, rice bags and courier paper-plastic bags. Material width is adjustable from 450 to 800 mm and the cutting length is 1250 mm on this configuration.
Q2: How does it differ from buying a cutter, a printer and a sewing machine separately?
A: Cutting, sewing, printing and collection are integrated in one machine, so bags are not stacked, moved and reloaded between separate units.
Q3: What stitch quality does it deliver?
A: The sewing head closes the bag bottom and the stitch pitch is adjustable from 7 to 13 mm, covering the range used for market, fertilizer and rice bags.
Q4: What output and power supply does it need?
A: 30 to 40 bags per minute, with 9 kW total installed power including 3 kW of heating.
Q5: Can the bag size be changed?
A: Material width can be set between 450 and 800 mm. The cutting length is 1250 mm on this configuration; other bag lengths require a different cutting specification, so please confirm the target size before ordering.
