Product Overview

The six-color woven bag printing machine is built for woven bag plants and printing workshops that print PP woven sacks and paper-plastic laminated bags in continuous roll form. Printing, drying and rewinding run as one line, so printed rolls move straight to the cutting and sewing stage without intermediate handling.

The machine accepts rolls up to 800 mm wide and bags up to 1400 mm long, with a maximum printing area of 700 × 1100 mm. Water-based ink diluted with tap water or alcohol-soluble ink mixed with dedicated solvent can both be used. As a pp woven bag printing machine it handles plain woven sack roll stock, and the same units print paper-plastic laminated rolls without a change of frame.

It is suitable for:

· PP woven bag roll printing

· Paper-plastic laminated bag roll printing

· Six-color work, including reverse-side printing

· Printed roll stock for market, fertilizer and rice bag lines

· In-house printing at woven bag plants

· Roll-to-roll printing ahead of cutting and sewing

Description

Woven bag printing runs on continuous roll stock, so the line has to keep the web flat and the register locked while the machine accelerates. The printing section is therefore built around servo-driven units, an electronic edge correction system and a constant-temperature drying tunnel rather than a single mechanical drive.

The unwind section uses a 3-inch air-expanding shaft with pneumatic tension control and electric power assistance for roll lifting. Electronic edge correction keeps the web aligned before it enters the first printing unit, and a swing roller adjusts unwinding speed to line speed through a variable-frequency drive.

Six printing units are arranged in a horizontal, independent structure. Each unit carries a 4 mm standard rubber plate, and the plate cylinder is marked with horizontal and vertical reference lines so plates can be positioned accurately. The ink roller and the anilox roller use a speed-reduction drive and can run linked or be adjusted individually. Ink is circulated by a diaphragm pump from the ink drum, and the ink tray has a splash guard that limits ink evaporation and improves operator safety.

Color registration can be adjusted while the machine is running or stopped. Longitudinal register is set unit by unit and lateral register has a 20 mm adjustment range, so the operator can correct drift without stopping production. An automatic register system with a Panasonic color mark sensor reads the printed mark and supports reverse-side printing of one to six colors.

After each printing unit the web passes through a closed hot-air circulation dryer that holds a constant temperature. Heating power is 15 kW against 30 kW of drive power, and the dryer is matched to the mechanical working speed of 70 to 100 bags per minute.

The rewind section uses a swing roller for synchronized winding, an edge correction device and polyurethane wear-resistant rollers. A pneumatic unloading assist and a safety unloading device reduce manual handling at the end of each roll. The whole line is operated from the main control cabinet through a Delta touch screen, where speed, unit parameters and production records are set and logged.

Advantages

1. Six-Color Configuration

6+0, 5+1, 4+2 and 3+3 layouts let one machine cover multi-color work and split front and back printing.

2. Register Adjusted On the Fly

Servo-driven units and Panasonic color mark sensors hold registration to 1.5 mm between 70 and 100 bags per minute.

3. Plate Adjustment Without Stopping

Longitudinal and 20 mm lateral corrections can be made while the machine runs.

4. Controlled Ink Supply

A diaphragm circulation pump feeds ink from the drum, the ink roller and anilox roller can run linked or be adjusted separately, and the splash-guarded tray limits evaporation.

5. Closed-Loop Drying

Constant-temperature hot-air circulation with 15 kW heating power runs at the line working speed.

6. Stable Web Handling

Pneumatic tension unwind, electronic edge correction and synchronized rewind carry an 800 mm web through six printing units.

FAQ

Q1: What bag types can this machine print?

A: PP woven bags and paper-plastic laminated bags. The maximum feed width is 800 mm and the maximum bag length is 1400 mm.

Q2: Can it print on both sides of the bag?

A: Yes. The machine is configured with six printing units and an automatic register system that supports reverse-side printing of one to six colors.

Q3: Which inks are compatible?

A: Water-based ink diluted with ordinary tap water, and alcohol-soluble ink mixed with a dedicated alcohol solvent. Both are dried by the closed hot-air circulation system.

Q4: What output and accuracy can be expected?

A: Working speed is 70 to 100 bags per minute, and color registration error is 1.5 mm as specified. Actual output depends on bag length, ink coverage and operator settings.

Q5: What drives the price of a woven bag printing machine?

A: Quotation depends on configuration rather than a list price: the number of printing units, plate size, drying capacity, unwind and rewind specification, and the voltage you need. Send the bag width, bag length, number of colors and target output, and the price can be quoted against that specification. The machine itself measures 16.5 m long, 2.1 m wide and 2.3 m high, weighs about 6 t, and requires 30 kw of drive power plus 15 kw of heating power.
