Product Overview
The woven bag inner liner inserting and sewing machine, often described as a bag in bag machine, is built for bag plants that supply lined woven bags. It cuts the outer woven bag to length, cuts and inserts the PE inner film, seals the liner bottom, sews the outer bag bottom, then counts and stacks the finished bag.
Manual liner insertion is heavy work that occupies an operator at every bag. This machine performs the insertion and sewing sequence automatically, so the liner is inserted stably and bag length and stitch quality follow the machine settings.
It accepts woven bags, laminated bags and non-laminated bags, with an outer bag width range of 390 to 700 mm and an outer bag cutting length of 600 to 1200 mm.
It is suitable for:
· Woven bags with PE inner liner
· Laminated bags
· Non-laminated bags
· Bags requiring a sealed inner liner
· Bag plants replacing manual liner insertion
· Lined bag lines running 25-36 bags per minute
Description
In lined bag production the PE liner has to be in place inside the outer bag before the bottom is closed. Inserting it by hand is heavy work and takes an operator at every bag; this machine performs the insertion automatically and passes the bag straight into the sealing and sewing sequence.
On this automatic liner insertion machine the outer bag and the inner film are fed from separate unwinds. The outer fabric is corrected for edge alignment and cut to a length between 600 and 1200 mm with a cutting accuracy of ±1.5 mm, and the PE film is cut to the matching length and inserted into the open outer bag.
The inner film width is set 30 mm wider than the outer bag width. Film thickness from 0.01 mm upward can be handled.
After insertion, the liner bottom is sealed and the outer bag bottom is sewn. The sewing head supports inner and outer bags being sewn separately or together, and stitch pitch is adjustable from 10 to 13 mm.
The line runs at 25 to 36 bags per minute. Finished bags are counted and stacked at the delivery end, so bags leave the machine ready for packing.
Control on this liner inserting machine is based on a Delta PLC with a 10-inch touch screen. Production parameters are entered on the HMI, running data is displayed and recorded, and the layout is designed for single-operator operation.
Advantages
1. Automatic Liner Insertion
The PE liner is cut, inserted and sealed by machine, replacing manual liner insertion.
2. Precise Cutting and Liner Fit
±1.5 mm cutting accuracy on the outer bag, with the liner width set 30 mm wider than the bag width.
3. Two Sewing Modes
Inner and outer bags can be sewn separately or together, depending on bag construction.
4. Wide Bag Range
Outer bag widths from 390 to 700 mm and cut lengths from 600 to 1200 mm cover common lined bag sizes.
5. Single-Operator Design
The line is designed for single-operator operation, with parameters set on a 10-inch Delta touch screen.
6. Stable Output
25-36 bags per minute with automatic counting and stacking at the delivery end.

FAQ
Q1: What operations does the machine perform?
A: Outer bag cutting, PE liner cutting and insertion, liner bottom sealing, outer bag bottom sewing, counting and stacking, in one continuous cycle.
Q2: Which bag sizes are supported?
A: Outer bag width from 390 to 700 mm and outer bag cutting length from 600 to 1200 mm.
Q3: What liner film can be used?
A: PE film with a thickness of 0.01 mm or more, cut to a width 30 mm wider than the outer bag.
Q4: How many operators are needed?
A: The machine is designed for single-operator operation: outer fabric and inner film are loaded from two unwinds and finished bags leave as counted stacks.
Q5: Can it run laminated and non-laminated bags?
A: Yes. Woven bags, laminated bags and non-laminated bags are all within the working range of this machine.
